รายละเอียดงาน•Handle customers contacts via Live Chat, Email and phone, at least 100+ chat/day
•Handle Grab product Food ,Transport, Financial and related
•Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints and feedbacks
•Determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
•Expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution
•Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
•Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
•Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
•Go the extra mile to engage customers
•Suggest customers, drivers, and merchants of how to use applications, and basic trouble shooting.
•Coordinate between Passengers and Drivers on pick up points, food delivery related and etc.

Working day : 5 days/week
Working hours:
1. 8am – 5pm
2. 11am – 8pm
3. 12pm – 9pm
4. 1pm – 10pm
5. 2pm – 11pm
