Job Description
Project management function includes the coordination and defining the project scope, schedules, resources and deliverable, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of projects, and preparing reports for upper management regarding status of projects. Works directly with clients to ensure deliverables within the scope, time and budget. He or she coordinates with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and locates required talents to fulfill client needs.
Key Responsibility
•Lead the overall aspects of project. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all parties communications are aligned
•Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
•Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
•Excellent in business writing, effective communication and presentation, interpersonal skill, stakeholder management skill, analytic skill, problem-solving skills and follow-up with sense of urgency
•Able to work under pressure
•Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
•Negotiate skill
•Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
•Identify critical points and issues in the project, designing potential solutions
•Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project
•Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
•Perform risk management
•Report and escalate to management as needed
