•ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)' s implementation from end-to-end and full spectrum of Financial & Accounting management including for strategic planning, improvement, and development.
• Fully responsible in Financial & Accounting Management from end-to-end process including risk management, data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Manage the Treasury function including cashflow management and in particular ensure Financial & Accounting policies and related.
• Develop & improve financial strategies, company business processes to ensure the alignment in accordance with business plans, business objectives and company strategies.
• Execution for the gaps of corporate strategic & plans as well as identify critical issues/opportunities to provide strategic recommendations to executive management in the optimization for business improvement & development.
• Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
• Consultancy and cooperation for strategic decision-making, to optimization of department's KPIs improvement & development with cross-functional teams.
• Analyzes, develops, deploys, and standardizes the best practices across the organization.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience in implementation & new set up of SAP, ERP, Oracle, RPA, and/or related to Finance & Accounting programs is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting and/or Finance is mandatory
- At least 15- 20 years of experiences in Financial Controller/ Manager and/or management level, experiences in process improvement & development is mandatory.
- Holding CPA/ Audit Certificate is a strong advantage.
- Energetic with good judgment, problem-solving and decision.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- English Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
