1 Depot Management: Oversee and manage all depot operations, including inventory control, quality assurance, and logistics. 2 Maintenance & Repair: Evaluate and ensure proper maintenance and repair of equipment and materials to meet operational standards. 3 Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements. 4 Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing team, including training and performance evaluation. 5 Data Analysis: Utilize data to plan and improve operational processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. 6 Communication: Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in depot management.
  2. Strong knowledge of depot management principles.
  3. Proficient in M&R (Maintenance & Repair) skills.
  4. IICL (International Institute of Container Lessors) certified.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Ability to work under pressure.
