รายละเอียดงาน
- Process all documentation related to BOI requirements.
- Coordinate with forwarders for the shipping document process (import & export).
- Create a master list of machines and maximum stock materials before import under BOI regulations.
- Develop formulas for each product and submit them to The Federation of Thai Industries and BOI.
- Submit applications for approval of various transactions under BOI conditions.
- Generate sales reports for each BOI project separately, including BOI income, non- BOI income for local sales, indirect sales, direct sales, and prepare monthly and yearly summary reports.
- Manage all import-export operations.
- Apply for system access to submit benefit usage information online.
- Request approval for the list of machinery to be imported.
- Coordinate and prepare all documents and reports related to BOI to ensure the company can maximize investment promotion benefits under all.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Female, age 28-35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business or related field.
- At least 3 years work experience in BOI, Import-Export in manufacturing
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy MS. Office (Excel & Word) and E-mail.
- Hard working and good attitude to work.
- Knowledge ISO1400:2015, GMP Cosmetic
- Private car & license
