Job summary Timely purchase order execution in ERP and issued to suppliers according to purchasing requirement. Responsible for order tracking, escalation management, contract negotiation, and timely delivery of goods or services. Responsibilities • Generate PO • Negotiate contracts with suppliers • Purchase plan arrangement with both local and overseas materials and services • Manage and control delivery schedule ensuring goods arrive on time • Minimize or avoid purchase price variance (PPV) • Contact with supplier to return or replace defective materials delivered • Supplier performance evaluation • Process approval application for purchase order approval and advanced payment purchase order • Other assignments by supervisor.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  2. • 1-3 years relative work experience
  3. • Proficient in using English as work language
  4. • Good negotiation skills
  5. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
  6. • Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  7. • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate with a variety of stakeholders
