- Negotiate agreements, compensation, and deliverables with KOLs within the allocated budget. Including to develop and manage contracts that outline the expected scope of work, deadlines, and compensation scenarios (including payment terms for KOLs).
- Collaborate closely with KOLs to develop engaging content (e.g., articles, videos, social media posts) that aligns with the KOLs' expertise and the brand's image.
- Manage agreements, oversee daily operations, and ensure smooth coordination for both parties.
- Plan and coordinate various campaigns both internally and externally, collaborating with KOLs and affiliates, such as events, live streams, etc.
- Track the performance of KOL and affiliate collaborations in terms of brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Generate reports and insights to inform future campaigns.
