•Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
•Administer payroll, benefits, and employee compensation.
•Monitor and manage attendance, leaves, and other HR-related processes.
•Support employee development through training and performance evaluation programs.
•Handle employee relations and ensure workplace harmony by addressing issues or concerns.
•Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
•Manage office operations, including facilities, supplies, and general administrative support.
•Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
•Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
•Oversee document filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
•Assist in budget management and expense reporting.
•Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
•Support ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.
•Full-time (Mon-Friday a week)
