JOB SUMMARY
Production operators ensure the factory's equipment functions efficiently and that all procedures work correctly, and monitor them for unusual noises or movements. They may load materials into machines either by hand or using hoists, replace molds and cutting surfaces, and act as a link in a chain that involves several manufacturing processes and other operators.
May meet with co-workers, supervisors, production engineers and operation managers to ensure that the results of their activities meet the company's and customer’s requirements.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
-Perform duties according to the assigned from direct supervisor.
-Responsible for set-up and maintain die cutting, compression molding and other utility to support production and ensure that will be running smoothly during production
-Perform good work to achieve the department set goals.
-Provide report maintenance, manufacturing problem to the supervisors when problem occurs or sees something unusual.
-Troubleshoot as a basic tasks.
- Cooperate with quality and engineering team to prevent and solve quality problems in the manufacturing process
-Operate in accordance with the ISO9001 management system policy.
-Maintain 5S standard in the area of responsibility.
-Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
-Responsible for focus on preparing compression molding and or the die-cutting machine for production.
-Operate the machines themselves.
-Following the work standard processes in the work weeks, although evening and weekend work is available in factories that operate long hours in the production shop floor.

- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in: -
- Mold- Tooling products production.
- products compression molding.
- process and machine operation.
- machine operation.
- Knowledge in ISO9001 ,ISO 14001, ISO 45001 quality system requirements.
- Packaging for delivery.
- No bad habits and criminal record.
- ชาย วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส ช่างเทคนิคขึ้นไป
- หญิง วุฒิการศึกษา ม. 6 หรือ ปวส
- ประสบการณ์คุมเครื่องจักรในโรงงาน
- ไม่มีประวัติอาชญากรรม
