- Develop and execute software test plans, including both manual and automated tests. - Test the functionality of the Payment Gateway system to verify that payments and financial transactions operate correctly. - Ensure the system integrates with various payment protocols, such as PromptPay, credit cards, debit cards, and e-Wallets. - Ensure the Payment Gateway system complies with security requirements and standards, such as PCI-DSS. - Perform security and robustness tests to prevent vulnerabilities and data breaches. - Conduct load and stress testing to evaluate the system’s performance under high user loads. - Document and report bugs discovered during testing and follow up on issue resolution with the development team. - Collaborate with developers to fix issues and perform re-testing after corrections. Conduct end-to-end system testing to ensure the software works seamlessly with other systems. - Test the system’s compatibility with various platforms, such as Windows, MacOS, Linux, and mobile devices. - Create and maintain test documentation, including designing test cases and test scripts. - Contribute to the development and improvement of best practices in software testing and QA processes. - Provide QA advice and support to the software development team and stakeholders to enhance product quality and development processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 3 years++ of experience in software quality assurance, particularly in the Payment Gateway or FinTech industry
  3. Familiarity with both manual and automated software testing.
  4. Experience in software security testing and payment system testing.
  5. Knowledge of API testing and working with payment protocols (e.g., RESTful APIs).
  6. Proficiency in using testing tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, JMeter, Postman, or other automation testing tools
  7. Understanding of SQL databases and ability to write queries for data testing.
  8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  9. Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across departments.
  10. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
