รายละเอียดงาน
* Lead the Quality setter and guide line, especially problem description including pre-analyze of suspected parts.
* Clearly define the problem description for the suspect quantity-/ period-/ Finding and Identify where the problem occurs by specific station, position, type,in case of defects and Pre- investigate the Quality Risk.
* Respond for Quality Lot released review with Quality Dept. and Production Dept.
* Issue & follow the Quality open point list to the responsible person.
* Co-ordinate with engineer team and production team to deliver output regarding Quality Lot Released meeting (OPL- Open Point List).
* Cleanliness tracking and results follow-up and point out for improvement.
* Distribute the quality alert/ Q-up point and train the associate.
* Support system CIP (Continuous Improvement Process), Customer complaints, claim part from customers and Raw material issues (if related)
* Ensure 5s and Cleanliness standards in the shop-floor.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Higher vocational education or Bachelor degree
- English Intermediate level (Can communicate with each other)
- 2 Year Experience at least in automotive industrial
- Technical / Methodological Competence
