1. To be aware of the individual strengths and area of development of each trainee and support them in becoming independent, improve their life skill and promoting skill for employment
2. Design and deliver training sessions in line with Steps' approach which have outcomes that are clear, accessible, motivating, and purposeful to trainee.
3. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan sessions, design resources, implement interventions, and set individual
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor of Education (Special Education)
- Working proficiency in communication skills in English
- Experience working in educational setting or working with Neurodivergent learners
- Skills in designing teaching resources (such as digital skills)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
