Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain trim and form processes for optical components.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and production, to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
- Design and conduct experiments to test process improvements and validate results.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and work instructions.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new procedures.
- Monitor process performance using statistical tools and data analysis to ensure consistent quality and output.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in trim and form technologies.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชาย-หญิง / อายุ ตั้งแต่ 23-35 ปี
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the optoelectronics or semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of trim and form processes, tools, and equipment.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
