รายละเอียดงาน
- Perform CMM test and/or other measurement tools, when samples are being run in Injection refers to the QA sample procedures.
- Buy-off first piece to ensure product meet inspection standard before serial production.
- Measured FAI (First Article Inspection) measurement for new model and perform Cp & Cpk/Pp & Ppk, MSA, measurement instruction, inspection standard.
- Participant to trial new model and updated results with team
- Control sample parts new model and tracking for reference.
- Establish measurement instruction and Inspection Standard.
- Training dimension inspection method to Inspector and Leader before and after serial production.
- Control calibration plan to meet the standard.
- Ensure proper maintenance instrument measurement and customer CF
- Improve time measured by use jig, Go/No go concept to be faster.
- Control calibration plan to meet the standard, and QA equipment & customer equipment to storage properly.
- Monthly checking customer approved sample are control in good condition and update when any change.
- Establish plan and actions such as full lay out, MSA (GR&R, Attribute gauge), Product audit based on customer requirement.
- Develop and maintain inspection reports
- Assist Sr.QA Engineer/QA supervisor to resolving and verifying customer’s complaints and returns.
- Any special tasks as assigned by Sr.QA Engineer.
- Be assist of Sr.QA Engineer.
- Establish and maintain good safety and housekeeping practices.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Basic knowledge of measurement instruments
- Excellent skills of Measurement and Inspection
- Ability to measure the part by using CMM Machine and create CMM program, Smart Scope and all type of measurement tools and equipment.
- Minimum Education Level : Diploma or Equivalent
- Specialization : Plastic injection molding business
- Min Years of Experience : 5 Years
- Certification : CMM training course /Smart scope / QC tools and any relevant
