• Coordinate and communicate with Amway Thailand Shops/Call Center/Warehouse to address language barrier. • Collaborate with Thailand Supply Chain Planning teams, based in Busan, South Korea, to ensure consistent supply to the shops. • Participate in market S&OP process and understand overall launch and promotion plan in Thailand Market. • Inventory management for Thailand locally sourced items that are used/sold in Amway Shops and Café: - Utilize industry-standard supply chain planning tools to execute fulfillment activities to position inventory in the right quantity, at the right place, at the right time. - Mitigate product availability interruptions caused by demand fluctuation or supply outages. - Set plans and generate work orders for rework or kitting/assembly activities required in Amway distribution centers
