Responsibilities:
- Source and select a diverse range of fashion products that align with Merge brand and market trends.
- Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and sales data to make informed purchasing decisions for planning production.
- Monitor inventory levels, track order fulfillment, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Stay updated on industry developments, attend trade shows, and identify new suppliers to enhance the product portfolio.
- Manage the product life cycle, including markdowns and inventory clearance strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fashion Buyer or Sourcing Specialist in the retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, textiles, and production processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A keen eye for fashion and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
