รายละเอียดงาน• Interact with and respond promptly to clients, insurers, and other parties via telephone, e-mail, another electronic medium, and in-person to provide customer support and technical issue resolution.
• Use discretion and independent judgment when interacting with clients to provide assistance 'and advice as needed.
• Track and maintain constant communication with the client from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue, or concern.
• Prepare and maintain all related paperwork and database in a timely, correct and complete manner to ensure accurate customer account handling.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Superior.
