- Coordinate and handling all incoming/routine inquiries from customers.
- Review pending orders and specific customers’requests to ensure excellent customer
service and customer experience
- Providing administrative assistance to manager, including data entry, document
preparation, complaint document and report generation (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Participate in co-visits to customers with the sales team to understand more in customer
behavior and need.
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective
communication.
- Assessing customer needs and preferences.
- Creating sales quotes, proposals, and presentations.
