1. Conduct yearly training needs survey.
2. Create and implement yearly training plan (Internal & External) that align with skill and position competency needed.
3. Coordinate with Thai & Chinese head department to implement training to develop their subordinate.
4. Evaluate and summarize training feedback.
5. Create can training contract and tracking the training knowledge sharing after comeback the training in both local and oversea training.
6. Tracking the skill progress and implement after train.
7. Develop and care path planning and benefits.
8. Develop and maintain the E-learning system.
9. Create and implement the employee benefits.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Human resource or related.
- 3 years’ minimum experience in HRD and benefits field
- Good in new HR technology
- Good English communication (speaking, writing, and listening)
- Good presentation and speaking Infront of the orients.
- Able to utilize tool and program to create new training method.
- Able to be the training facilitator and MC.
- Fast responsible and proactive working
- Initiative thinking
- Good service and human relations
- Good attitude, working as team and communication skills
- Able to use Adobe premiere/VDO edit, PowToon, Canva (Additional)
