Human Resource Development (HRD):
1. Develop and manage the annual training plan, including coordination, evaluation, analysis, and continual improvement.
2. Identify training needs and competency gaps by working closely with the HR manager and line managers.
3. Prepare training manuals and learning materials for employees and managers.
4. Coordinate overseas training programs and manage all related processes.
5. Oversee employee and educational promotion processes annually.
6. Coordinate with external training vendors to deliver tailored training programs.
7. Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and implement improvements.
8. Work with career development specialists to create programs for high-potential employees and future leaders.
9. Track and update the employee skill matrix and competency database.
10. other upon manager request.
Employee Engagement (ER);
1. Research and propose new activities to increase employee engagement with the organization.
2. Organize and coordinate activities to support employees, such as team building and skill development events.
3. Collect and analyze feedback from activities to identify issues and develop solutions.
4. Communicate all information, policy, announcements, news, and other update information to inform all employees to understand the same page.
5. Collaborate and work closely with the department to identify employee problems and needs.
6. Be close with expat employee to understand Thai culture and company policies and assist with the expat's problems.
7. Initiate and implement an effective communication program to strengthen employee relationships between employees and the company.
8. Create the content for the company’s newsletter, TikTok, Facebook.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Human resource or related.
- 2-5 years’ experience in HRD and Employee Relations, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of training processes, competency and skill matrix, JD setup, employee promotion, KPI/MOB, and IDP systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001.
- Strong planning, coordination, and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to learn, develop oneself, and solve problems efficiently.
- Good command of English (intermediate to advanced).
- Solid understanding of labor law and HR compliance.
- Proactiveflexibleleservicece-oriented person.
- Good service and human relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to use Adobe premiere/VDO edit, PowToon, Canva (Additional), PPT
