【Business Introduction】
JD Industrial is a subsidiary of JD Group, specializing in industrial supply chain technology and service business. With a market value of approximately 30 billion RMB, we are dedicated to supporting industrial development through the "supply chain + technology + service" model. We have created a B2B industrial procurement platform, with over 7,000 key account (KA) enterprise customers and more than 2.6 million small and medium-sized enterprise customers. We provide a wide range of industrial supplies, collaborating with around 30,000 suppliers and offering over 40 million SKUs on our platform. Globalization is the unwavering pursuit of JD Industrial, with our international business committed to driving the digital transformation and upgrading of international industrial supply chains. Our goal is to achieve stability, efficiency, and cost reduction, thereby enhancing the global competitiveness of industrial enterprises. Currently, we are focusing on overseas business, assisting overseas Chinese-funded enterprises to expand internationally by providing a one-stop industrial procurement solution. Our business currently covers regions such as Southeast Asia, Europe, and South America.
【Main Responsibilities】
1. Simplify and establish international logistics processes and key control points, including information flow, business flow, logistics, and fund flow.
2. Establish and oversee international customer service and after-sales systems to improve business service experience and internal efficiency.
3. Manage import clearance and customs processes for Chinese exports and local imports.
4. Manage import compliance certifications in the host country, such as certifications for industrial products and automotive components.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Fluent in English and the local language, with preference given to candidates with international background or government resources.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of experience in import and export logistics management.
- Familiar with local import policies in the host country, as well as import compliance requirements for industrial products and automotive parts.
- Strong market sensitivity and product-oriented thinking, with customer service experience.
