รายละเอียดงานPosition Summary:
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for managing and controlling the quality of the company's products and services to ensure compliance with internal and customer quality standards. This role requires managing the quality team, driving quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining the effective operation of the quality management system.
1. Quality Management System
oMaintain and improve the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949.
oOrganize and participate in internal and external quality audits, follow up on audit findings, and implement corrective actions.
2. Quality Control
oDevelop and implement product inspection standards and procedures to ensure product quality throughout the production process meets company requirements.
oAnalyze quality data from the production process, identify root causes of issues, and develop and implement corrective and preventive measures.
3. Supplier Quality Management
oEvaluate and audit suppliers' quality management systems to ensure that raw materials or components provided meet company standards.
oRegularly assess supplier quality performance and assist suppliers in quality improvement efforts.
4. Customer Complaint Handling
oHandle customer complaints regarding product quality, conduct root cause analysis, and take timely corrective actions.
oMaintain good communication with customers, provide satisfactory solutions, and prevent recurrence of similar issues.
5. Team Management
oManage and guide the daily work of the quality team to ensure efficient completion of quality inspection tasks.
oProvide training for team members to enhance their quality management skills and awareness.
