The Quality Supervisor is responsible for managing and controlling the quality of the company's products and services to ensure compliance with internal and customer quality standards. This role requires managing the quality team, driving quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining the effective operation of the quality management system.
Job Responsibilities
1. Quality Management System
-Maintain and improve the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949.
-Organize and participate in internal and external quality audits, follow up on audit findings, and implement corrective actions.
2. Quality Control
-Develop and implement product inspection standards and procedures to ensure product quality throughout the production process meets company requirements.
-Analyze quality data from the production process, identify root causes of issues, and develop and implement corrective and preventive measures.
3. Supplier Quality Management
-Evaluate and audit suppliers' quality management systems to ensure that raw materials or components provided meet company standards.
-Regularly assess supplier quality performance and assist suppliers in quality improvement efforts.
4. Customer Complaint Handling
-Handle customer complaints regarding product quality, conduct root cause analysis, and take timely corrective actions.
-Maintain good communication with customers, provide satisfactory solutions, and prevent recurrence of similar issues.
5. Team Management
-Manage and guide the daily work of the quality team to ensure efficient completion of quality inspection tasks.
-Provide training for team members to enhance their quality management skills and awareness.
6. Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous improvement activities within the company, optimizing production processes to improve product quality and production efficiency.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- This position is open to all nationalities
- Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred.
- Over 5 years of relevant quality management experience, with a background in connector manufacturing preferred, and at least 2 years of management experience.
- Familiar with quality management systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, and has practical experience in quality control tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D reports).
- Familiar with and proficient in using various laboratory testing and measuring instruments.
- Good communication skills， Proficiency in either Chinese or English can be used as a working language able to write quality reports and effectively communicate with multinational teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent team management and collaboration skills, and the ability to work under high pressure.
