รายละเอียดงาน
- Develops and implements HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Oversees the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in HRD, HROD or any related fields.
- At least 5 years in HRD, Training Development HR will be advantage.
- Experience and having a basic understanding of HR concepts, tools and implementation such as training need survey, competency, career development, leadership development program, succession planning, talent management.
- Be a good strategic partner, excellent interpersonal skill, communication skill, ability to influence and work closely with stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
- Strong project management and HRD practices.
- Good team player, hands-on, energetic and good leadership.
- Good computer proficiency: MS Excel, Powe Point, Word, Office365 (E-unite/Canva is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
