- Managing our company’s general administrative activities (office supply, housekeeping, canteen and company activities)
- Maintain and update company databases, recording department budgets and maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Prepare regular performance report as weekly and monthly.
- Ensure that all administrative operations comply with company policies, procedures, and standardized processes.
- Maintain the reception area, including the lobby, conference rooms, and meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary stationery and materials.
- Greet, welcome, and provide basic information to visitors, customers, and guests.
- Oversee general reception duties and provide support for company activities.
- Assist with administrative and reception tasks as requested through service requests.
- Update and maintain event calendars for all scheduled company activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
