-Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation -Build applicant sources and advertise job vacancies, e.g. LinkedIn, social media and job sites. -Follow up on recruitment process to make sure all applications, as well as recruitment team to get through in timely manner. -Manage and ensure all recruitment expense are paid and on time.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of mass recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate pipelines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment drives simultaneously.
Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance.
Good command of English
