•Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and plan to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
•Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
•Lead and mentor a growing sales team, driving results through effective sales management strategies.
•Optimize the sales team and processes to enhance performance and expand the customer base.
•Clearly communicate the EIG story and its business impact to key external decision-makers.
•Understand customer needs and requirements, acting as a trusted business advisor to startups and growth companies.
•Stay up-to-date with the market landscape and provide feedback to internal teams for process and product improvements.
•Collaborate with the marketing and education teams to develop and execute promotional programs, product launches, and other initiatives that support sales growth.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery, manage inventory levels, and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in professional channels such as aesthetic clinics, hotels, spas, or wellness centers.
- Persuasive negotiation style, strategic thinking and planning, and organization skills
- Proven Track record of people management and team motivation to achieve sale’s target.
- Possesses the fortitude to sell and compete.
- Competitive drive with a “hunter” mentality.
- Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, persuasion, and closing.
- Have own car and able to travel upcountry, occasionally.
