Objective:
To oversee product sample development and ensure efficient production planning, quality control, and cost management for timely and consistent product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
Sample Development:
Collaborate with designers to develop and finalize product samples.
Review and approve samples, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Production Planning & Scheduling:
Create and manage detailed production schedules to meet launch timelines.
Monitor progress, troubleshoot delays, and adjust plans as needed.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks at key stages, addressing issues proactively.
Ensure that all products meet brand quality and design specifications.
Inventory & Cost Management:
Track inventory levels for raw materials and finished products.
Work with suppliers to control costs, negotiate pricing, and maintain budget efficiency.
Supplier Coordination:
Build strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure reliable and timely production.
Communicate regularly to monitor performance and resolve issues quickly.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline production processes and enhance efficiency.
Provide feedback to design and production teams for continuous improvement.

- 1-2 years in fashion production or merchandising, with a focus on product quality and cost management.
- Proficient in production planning tools, inventory management, and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions and cost optimization.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a passion for efficient production and high-quality fashion products.
