1. Liaise with the HR and Administration Department at the headquarters in China
on related HR and administrative work.
负责与中国公司总部人事行政部对接相关的人力资源及行政类工作;
2. Handle HR and administrative work for the Thailand branch in accordance with
established workflow.
依照人事行政工作流程,负责泰国分公司的人事行政工作;
3. Complete the registration of the Thailand branch and employee insurance
processes.
完成泰国公司的注册类及员工保险类工作;
4. Familiar with labor policies in Thailand and provide relevant suggestions and
advice to the branch based on local regulations.
完成泰国公司的注册类及员工保险类工作;
5. Responsible for the recruitment of local employees for the Thailand branch,
including positions in finance, engineering project managers, project
management, translation and other roles.
负责泰国分公司当地员工的招聘工作,例如:财务岗位,工程项目经理,
工程项目管理,翻译等岗位的招聘;
6. Coordinate external relations of the Thailand branch, maintaining good
communication with local government agencies.
泰国公司外部关系协调,做好对外行政机关单位的沟通与协调工作;
7. Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with the headquarters’ HR and
Administration Department in Chinese.
具备中文与总部人事行政部沟通及协调工作的能力;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
完成上级主管交办的其他工作任务。
