•Operational Management: •Oversee and manage all aspects of the shipping company's operations within the country. •Ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods through various transportation modes (sea, air, land) and logistics processes. •Equipment Management: •Oversee and manage all aspects of equipment for Thailand office. •Coordination of equipment matters with the Equipment Department in India. •Financial Management: •Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures. •Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: •Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations. •Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the shipping industry in the country. •Business Development: •Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. •Team Leadership: •Lead and manage a team of professionals, including operations, documentation and customer services staff. •Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. •Customer Service: •Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly. •Implement and maintain quality assurance standards. •Risk Management: •Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the shipping and logistics operations. •Implement safety and security protocols. •Reporting: •Provide regular reports to country heads on the country's performance, challenges, and opportunities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Liner sales, specifically in the Thailand and/or regional markets of liner shipping/NVOCC.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Solid experience and knowledge on Container Liner Shipping Industry
  4. Diploma/Degree in Maritime/Supply chain/Business or other related discipline
  5. A commitment to excellent customer service and passionate to deliver service.
  6. Result Oriented, high level of ownership and independent drive
  7. Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
  8. Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook
  9. Ability to adjust to and work comfortably in a multi-cultural and multinational environment.
