- Handle Grab product Food, Transport, Financial and
related
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the
customer's complaints and feedback
- Determining the cause of the problem, selecting and
explaining the best solution to solve the problem
- Expediting correction or adjustment and following up
to ensure resolution
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related
results as needed
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and
policies
- Recommend potential products or services to
management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Suggest customers, drivers, and merchants of how to
use applications, and basic trouble shooting.
- Coordinate between Passengers and Drivers on pick
up points, food delivery related and etc.
