รายละเอียดงาน
1.Manage production working department.
2.Finding problems (quality, output, production process, etc.) related to the production of factory. and policy planning and implementation.
3.Complete daily production statistics report including the quantity of pieces per labor hour all time and all hours used and manage weekly schedules.
4.Managing production activities and the performance of team members involved in production.
5.Efficiently maximize productivity and reduce production waste.
6.Training about production.
7.Working with management team to do accord policy and company's target.
8.Control attendance working to be efficiently produce.
9.Take new ideas to improve efficiently in produce and take care about safety and welfare of team
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female, Age 28-45 years old.
- Experience 5 -7 years in supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, production technology or other related.
- Have experience about Fabric material, Production, Quality control, Employee management.
- Strong leadership skills human relations Team play and organization.
- Good written and spoken English or Chinese.
- Basic knowledge of quality management such as GMP, ISO 13485 will be an advantage.
- Honest, reliable and responsible.
- Can use MS office (Word, Excel, Power point).
