รายละเอียดงาน
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products using various tools and techniques (e.g., visual inspection, measuring instruments, functional tests) to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Proactive approach to product quality control process with cross functional and problem solving as a team.
- Ensure that all products comply with company specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Identify and report any deviations from these standards.
- Ability to control MRB , parts defected and disposition with production and engineering
- Cross functional communicated in quality matter and support on assembly inspection (Dimensional , thread inspection)
- Having knowledge in Quality tools (QC 7 Tools, 5 Why analysis etc.)
- Able to read and interpret 2D drawing(Full Layout) and select the hand tools to inspection Machined parts.
- Knowledgeable and familiar with measuring units in metric and imperial.
- Able to use inspection hand tools such as High gauge, Micro meter, Bore gauge, thread gauge.
- Well understand CNC machined Terminology and defected.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- HIGH SCHOOL OR DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT TECHNICAL DEGREE IN A RELATED FIELD PREFERRED OR MORE THAN 1 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN RELEVANT FIELD.
- ABILITY TO READ DRAWING AND UNDERSTAND GD&T
- ABLE TO USE INSPECTION HAND TOOLS SUCH AS VERNIER CALIPER, HIGH GAUGE
- Able to read and interpret 2D drawing(Full Layout)
