- Lead and manage a team of CNC operators, ensuring that all production goals are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor the performance of team members, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
- Plan and coordinate the scheduling of CNC operators, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in the production process.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and ensure efficiency.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- CNC experience and exposure
- Working well under pressure
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems and procedures
- Good written and verbal communication skill
- Strong organizational and planning skills
