รายละเอียดงาน
1.Manage injection process, including machine setup and quality inspection of productivity
2.Resolve issues occurring in the injection process, such as problems with molds or machine.
3.Coordinate with team to ensure the production of parts aligns with the company’s plans.
4.Contact with the suppliers ( improvement, support)
5.New model or new product by follow up procedure:APQP,PPAP,FMEA, Control plan and product safety.
6.Review & analysis problem are both new model and current process to reduce parts and increase productivity.
7.Creating cost reduction project for support KPI of engineering section.
8.Other job as an assignment and support other activities of engineering section.
9.Maintain good house keeping safety,environment Kaizen&5S.
10.Incase of emergency to act according to the instructions of the company.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male Age 25 year up
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Have knowledge and understanding injection system
- Have knowledge and understanding Automation system
- Experience of CAD 3D solid modeling would be an advantage. Ability to read technical drawing.
- Problem solving and process improvement capabilities. Able to communicate in writing reading and spoken English.
