รายละเอียดงาน
Main Responsibilities;
1.Supplier Approval: Responsible for the approval of Production Part Approval Procedure (PPAP) of suppliers after Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) according to submission requirements.
2.Inspection Documents: Establish incoming product inspection documents and evaluate training and assessment for inspectors
3.Quality Issues: Respond quickly to supplier quality issues found in purchases, on-site, and from customers. Take containment actions and follow up with further resolutions
4.Audits: Conduct product and process audits of suppliers. Monitor and manage key and risk suppliers through meetings and other quality management processes
5.Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier quality performance
6.Communication: Maintain regular communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields or equivalent / related
- Preferable 3 years and above in Automotive manufacturing / Quality engineer / related
- Male only 30-35 years old.
- Able to speak English or Chinese is recommended.
- Monitor and control work to meet company policy and legal standards.
- Basic knowledge in ISO/IATF16949 Requirement and Internal Audit
- Basic knowledge in Customer audit/ Third party audit and LPA audit, etc.
- Basic knowledge in QC 7 tools and computer skills, etc
