Response for monitoring and remote support of NDR system:
1. Perform daily/weekly/monthly routine system health
check
2. Monthly presentation for monthly report to customer
3. Monitor system performance and functions
4. Create daily/weekly/monthly system operational report
5. Perform backup and recovery task
6. Investigate and coordinate with product support to
troubleshoot system malfunctions and issues
7. Report suspicious events/hosts to CSOC
8. Coordinate with CSOC Analyst to investigate and
respond to the security incidents and threat hunting
9. Perform first-tier respond to customer service
requests and coordinate with second-tier support team
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- achelor’s degree in information security/assurance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in NDR solution
- Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and enterprise defenses
- Strong ownership and sense of responsibility
- Good English communication
