รายละเอียดงาน
1.Directly manages Manufacturing Production Control team including plant schedulers Excel
2.Manages inventory levels including production control , rotating stock, managing production process and developing methods and procedures.
3.Develops long-range planning initiatives for production control group, which include continuously evaluating the plant's needs, capacities, capital, expenses, etc. to meet growth goals.
4.Minimizes interruptions to production schedules through effective parts and materials procurement practices.
5.Assists in planning the operating budget for all areas of accountability.
6.Works on maintaining and developing network system which allows access the plant's manufacturing systems to streamline information, and generate reports.
7.Align forecast , build Plan and purchases material to support customers.
8.Plan, organize, direct staffing, systems and equipment to meet all shipping and receiving requirements, while maintaining excellent inventory and housekeeping standards.
9.Maintain performance measurements, providing daily and weekly updates.
10.Provides training and development opportunities for members of the Production Control team as required to sharpen the team's performance skills presently and in the future.
11.Establishes effective communication with various groups such as customers, sales offices, Corporate, and plan production departments to ensure on-time delivery of products and team support.
12.Strong functional skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of business needs
so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements
13.Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- อายุ 28-40 ปี
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานด้านการวางแผนการผลิต อย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการวางแผนการผลิต ผลิตภัณฑ์ยางสังเคราะห์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถควบคุมการผลิต และจัดการ Stock Lot, FIFO ได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านระบบ ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949
