รายละเอียดงาน
1.Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Manage all factory operations to ensure production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and deadlines are achieved.
2.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled workers, ensuring a productive and safe working environment.
3.Production Planning: Collaborate with the planning and product development teams to create and implement efficient production schedules that meet client demands.
4.Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality control measures to maintain the highest product standards expected by our high-end clientele.
5.Process Optimization: Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product output.
6.Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Oversee raw material inventory, ensuring timely procurement and effective stock management to avoid production delays.
7.Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the factory adheres to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, creating a safe and compliant workplace.
8.Budget Management: Manage the production budget and work closely with finance teams to ensure cost-effective operations.
9.Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any production or operational challenges that arise in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to the workflow.
10.Collaboration: Work closely with the design, sales, and logistics teams to align production with business needs and customer expectations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- •Proven experience as a Factory Manager, Operations Manager, or a similar leadership role in manufacturing, preferably within the outdoor furniture or hospitality industry.
- •Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing and motivating a diverse team.
- •Excellent understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- •Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and production schedules efficiently.
- •Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- •Experience in working with luxury or high-end products is a plus.
- •Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- •Experience in the outdoor furniture, textile, or similar industry.
- •Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management software.
- •Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
