รายละเอียดงาน
1. Provide after sale service to customer as installation corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
2. Troubleshooting problems with medical device and determining the cause of the issues.
3. Repair surgical instrument and device follow procedure of manufacturer standard.
4. Provide training to customer sale representative the article related technical information and maintenance of product.
5. Do the registration in company system, investigation and repair cost estimation for broken product.
6. Update and maintain assigned machines per manufacturer specifications.
7. Provide support to sales department as needed.
8. To participate operation cases and give suggestion related product application and troubleshooting during operating.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Has a minimum 1 year of medical devices repair and services .
- Able to communicate well in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing [ Require Toeic score : 450 up ]
- Able to use Microsoft office computer programs proficiently.
- Excellent Communication.
- Self motivated
- Good attitude / Growth mindset
- Good personality.
- Good decision making and problem solving.
- Able to work as a team and work well with others.
- Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized and able to work well under pressure.
