🎯 Follow up and process the receipt and payment to Agent.
•Follow up customer payments
•Issue receipts/invoices
•Follow up, verify the accuracy of withholding tax documents
•Prepare daily receipt reports
•Prepare Pay In for bank deposits
•Prepare Outstanding debtors/problem debtors
•Prepare Billing reports
•Prepare Sales tax reports/withholding tax reports
🎯 Coordinate with related internal parties for presented documents.
🎯 Other assigned responsibilities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration or related field.
- New graduate or 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
- Able to write e-mail and communicate well in English.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLookUp).
- Good attitude, logical thinking and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
