•Responsible for establishing of maintenance guidance brochure of new machine and update the brochures from old equipment •Responsible for the new equipment installation and all mechanical equipment maintenance and big repair •Responsible for the management of the mechanical spare part, including purchase, buyoff, safety stock, usage, improvement and cost control •Responsible for solving sophisticate mechanical problems by communicating with headquarters, summarize the findings, put forward the improvement suggestions and share them with subordinates •Responsible for coordination with the manufacturer company and BWF headquarters and TS department to improve machine according production requirements •Train subordinates to improve their skills •Responsible for organizing and supervising of all project tasks related to mechanical issues •Responsible for safety and employees safety during proceeding of mechanical jobs •Other tasks by supervisor, TD, COO and MD
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering or related fields
  2. At least 3 years related working experience in mechanical maintenance and PM, TPM
  3. Skills: CNC Lathe, Welding machine and mechanical knowledge in nonwoven textile
  4. Good command in English
  5. Good communication, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  6. Relationship management skills
