Location: Emsphere Branch, Bangkok
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
One day off per week (not on Saturday or Sunday).
-Coordinate with dentists to ensure accurate information, handle special requests, and address complaints or inconveniences from international patients.
-Responsible for managing foreign patients ' appointments, treatment plans, and as arranging transportation.
-Facilitate convenience for foreign patients from entering to exiting the clinic, providing accurate treatment information
-Attend and record consultations between dentists and foreign patients to summarize and prepare treatment plans and expenses.
-Confirm appointment details with patient’s service. Record any rescheduled appointments and coordinate with relevant officers or dentists.
-Interpret in various work-related and assigned meetings translate documents as assigned from Coordinate between dentist reign patient and relevant officers.
-Respond to foreign patient satisfaction surveys and prepare monthly reports. Keep all customer information confidential in every record de lead monthly reports.
-Follow company policies effectively in practice.
-Perform other assigned tasks.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Gender: No Specify.
- Profiency in English, Myanmar, Thai
- Able to work under pressure, responsible, teamwork and conscientious nature.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service Field or relevant (is a must).
- Confident with excellent communication skills and coordinate skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced.
- Great Problem-solving aptitude.
- Attention to detail and excellent quality in services.
- Proficiency working on computer, MS Office and other software.
