รายละเอียดงาน
• Plan and manage QA&QC resources to support production schedule. • Control and improve working performance of subordinates. • Maintain and ensure consistency of auditing and inspection following the established Process Control Plan and Acceptance Sampling Plan on the shop floor. • Participate in problem-solving efforts with all concerning departments to investigate and follow up the actions are met both internal and external customers. • Provide support for handle non-conforming material, root cause analysis and mistake proofing. • Provide support for activities of Quality Management System. • Encourage and motivate subordinates to participate the established continuous improvement projects. Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : Conversational Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:00-17:45(Mon-Fri, Sat: 5-6 days/ year , Depends on Company Calendar>)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Age 30-40 years
  2. Any gender
  3. Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
  4. At least 5 years in QA/QC in Steel or Automotive industry company.
  5. At least 2 years management experience to control subordinate.
  6. Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, internal audit experience is preferred.
  7. Knowledge of quality core tools (FMEA, Control plan, SPC, MSA, PPAP)
  8. Advanced conversation middle level of English. (Able to communicate with JP client)
  9. Able to communicate in Japanese is preferable.
  10. Have leadership skill, Direction/Coaching tools, team motivation is preferable.
  11. Have negotiation skill with any level inside the company, customer, and outsider is preferable.
