รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibility:
1. Draft, review, negotiate or otherwise provide legal advice on the various types of contracts.
2. Give legal counsel in a variety of legal topics to the business, operational and functional units.
3. Coordinate with outside counsel on legal matters, disputes and litigations.
4. Provide regular trainings and guidance to business, operational and functional units.
5. Manage, organize and maintain contracts, Agreements and legal documents in paper or electronic filing systems.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelors’ or Master's degree in Thai law school. At least 5 years’ work experience in equivalent in-house of manufacturing company in Thailand.
- Fluent in Chinese,English and Thai, together with good drafting skills.
- Responsible and accountable character, willing to take up challenge.
- Self-motivator, quick-learner and team oriented.
