รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage sales activities on e-marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) to meet company sales targets.
- Plan and adjust monthly/weekly campaigns and promotions to achieve e-marketplace and new e-channel targets.
- Expertly manage all Seller Center tasks for e-marketplace and new channels.
- Analyze real-time business data to improve ABS, sales, and conversion rates.
- Manage and monitor ads spend within the allocated monthly budget.
- Liaise with KAM and partners for campaign negotiations, visibility, and support.
- Coordinate with product marketing, brand, and marketing teams for pricing, promotions, giveaways, and social media to boost awareness and conversions.
- Coordinate with the warehouse on inventory allocation to meet targets, avoid overstock, and minimize out-of-stock items.
- Collaborate with graphic designers for eye-catching content to strengthen brand visibility.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights to optimize sales and margins.
Location : Silom Head Office (Onsite 100%)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality 25 years old up
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in e-Commerce
- Detail-oriented, organized, systematic, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in cosmetics or related brands is a plus
- Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in analytics, P&L, cost management, and multitasking.
- Familiarity with Marketing Media Funnels and optimization for Facebook Ads, CPAs, and search ads is preferred.
- Proficient in office and presentation software.
- High responsibility, leadership, problem-solving skills.
