Material Control / Planner
1.Demand Forecasting: Analyze production schedules and sales forecasts to determine material requirements and prepare accurate material forecasts.
2.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track material usage, and manage reorder points to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess inventory.
3.Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to place orders, manage delivery schedules, and resolve any issues related to material supply.
4.Order Processing: Generate and process purchase orders for materials and track their delivery to ensure timely receipt and availability.
5.Production Support: Collaborate with production teams or sales (Merchandize) to address any material shortages or delays and adjust plans to meet production requirements.
6.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of material orders, receipts, and inventory levels, and prepare reports as required.
7.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in material planning and inventory management to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Purchasing
1.Sourcing new supplier both local & offshore supplier to meet specification and requirements in term of cost and delivery
2.Work with subcontract to ensure supply to our production
3.Coordinate with Engineers and Suppliers to select the right material for new product at NPI phase
4.Monitor PO and ensure that PO are successfully submit to oversea and local supplier in a timely manner
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in Logistic , Engineer and related field
- 5-7 years experiences in Production planning and Purchasing
- Familiar with ERP / SAP system
- Fluency in English with TOEIC score at 500 or above
- Able to relocate to work in Amata Nakorn
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
- Knowledge of capacity planning , material consumption calculation ,stock card , FIFO , Slow moving stock , inventory turns or any production planning approaches .
- Knowledge of Supply chain and Logistic system
