• Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the executives as required. Maintain a safe and secure working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents. , and other financial documents as required.
Process and track invoices, purchase orders Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed.
Other tasks assigned
Work 6 days a week (1 day off on weekday) and able to work on holiday (will compensate within a month)
Work according to department store hours
