* Create detailed work plans and packages for instruments, electrical equipment, and various machinery, including pumps, compressors, and static equipment
*Review of overhaul reports, maintenance reports, general task list, equipment specific task lists, spare part list, equipment drawings, circuit diagrams, P&IDs, operation, and maintenance manuals of OEMs.
*Understanding the functions of the various equipment and instruments and thorough knowledge of reading/ interpreting the engineering drawings (IO, P&IDs, PFDs, OEM Manuals).
*Perform various transactions in SAP to execute Preventive Attends and actively participates in the Shutdown Scheduling and Contractor Meetings
Track and update schedule daily, communicate updates to Stakeholders, provide daily reports, and integrate Field Change Requests into schedule updates
Provide Schedule Look-Ahead and resource histograms. Have a strong ability to provide man-power forecasts.
Ensure all shutdown work completed is done by NatureWorks EH&S standards and guidelines.Attends and actively participates in the Shutdown Scheduling and Contractor Meetings

*Provide Schedule Look-Ahead and resource histograms. Have a strong ability to provide man-power forecasts.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High vocational Certificate or equivalent
- 5+ years’ work experience in a maintenance, administrative, technical, or work process role.
- Good understanding of plant operating processes.
- Strong understanding in maintenance strategy and maintenance work process as well as experience in a supervisory or managerial role in chemical or petrochemical plant.
- Proficient working with SAP
- Can read P&ID’s.
- Has the ability to respond quickly, make sound and logical decisions.
- Experience and knowledge of project management principles.
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and as a member of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
