รายละเอียดงาน
- Coordinate the logistics operations for transportation of product which includes monitoring transportation performance, problem solving, and execution of supply chain processes to ensure on time delivery.
- Coordinate with shipping agents for clearance processes and with shipping companies to track shipments
- Monitor quality results and organize claims as needed
- Analyze transportation needs and plan appropriate delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with transportation service providers to develop effective transportation plans.
- Monitor the status of goods transportation and ensure compliance with timelines.
- Prepare transportation reports and propose improvements to processes.
- Effectively track and report all incoming and outgoing shipments and advises status. Resolves issues.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Transportation preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics.
- Excellent computer skills (especially EXCEL and database applications)
- Self starter who can work independently and is a fast learner.
- Knowledge of transportation principles and practices, including classifications, rate structures, documents, and service labels required.
- Strong Negotiation and work well under pressure.
- Computer skill in any ERP or SAP. advance-Excel will be advantage
- Good command of Thai, English communication.
