We are looking for a high potential General Manager (GM) who will be the high-ranking manager in the organization and will be responsible to assist Chief Executive Officer for the overall success of the business. This role is responsible for running day-to-day operations at our business and guiding general business strategy. For ensuring business efficiency, GM is expected to manage cross-functional works and integrated policies with execution plans as one goal. Job Description •Assistant MD for the following functions; oOperation (Factory, Production, Logistics, Procurement, Store, QA/QC/QS): 50 % oSupply chain (Raw material): 50 % •Developing key performance goals, managing the performance of staff and measuring of staff performance •Delegating responsibilities, supervising the work of managers, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance •Working closely with sales team, customer service team, procurement team, factory team (production, QA/QC, warehouse and logistics) and other senior staffs to efficiently support customer’s order and/or other requirements •Developing new solutions to meet customer needs •Improving internal processes for better productivity •Overseeing special projects and interpreting performance report •Managing the budget •Creating and implementing strategies for business growth.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business management or related field (MBA is preferred)
A minimum 5-7 years of working experience as General Manager or equivalent role with proven track record (food industry is a plus)
Be honest and sincere both in your work and in your personal life.
Have morality in performing duties together with others.
Outstanding analytical, decision making and problem-solving abilities
Fast learning/ can-do attitude and entrepreneur mindset
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, working hours: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

ทางคู่ขนานมอเตอร์เวย์กรุงเทพ-ชลบุรี ฝั่งตรงข้ามสถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง (KMITL) หากเดินทางมาจากกรุงเทพฯ โดยใช้เส้นทางมอเตอร์เวย์กรุงเทพ-ชลบุรี สายใหม่ ให้สังเกตป้ายสีเขียวทางออกไปสถานีขนส่งสินค้าร่มเกล้า(ICD) โดยเป็นเส้นทางบังคับให้อ้อมรถเพื่อวิ่งเส้นคู่ขนานมอเตอร์เวย์อีกประมาณ 2 กม. จะถึงบริษัทฯ (อยู่เลยบริษัทมนต์ทรานสปอร์ต 600 เมตร) สามารถจอดรถได้ที่ลานจอดรถข้างบริษัทฯ
