รายละเอียดงาน
1.Serve as the primary contact between the Production Department and the Japanese Manager to ensure clear and effective communication.
2.Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure that production targets are met on time.
3.Monitor production progress and report any delays or issues to the Japanese Manager and production team.
4.Maintain and update production-related documentation, including daily production logs, inventory levels, and work orders.
5.Prepare and present production reports for the Japanese Manager, summarizing key data such as output, efficiency, and any issues that arise.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, or Administration) or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in a production or clerical role within a manufacturing environment.
- Good in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in Vlookup is plus.
